Our Commitment to You
- Provide expert-led onboarding with structured guidance, documentation, and check-ins.
- Stay responsive and proactive, resolving questions and blockers quickly.
- Bring in the right experts at the right time to ensure seamless setup and delivery.
- Communicate clearly and consistently via your preferred tools (Slack, Email, Digits).
Your Commitment to Us
- Engage actively, including attending calls and responding promptly to requests.
- Share required info and access (e.g., financial records, platform logins) per the onboarding checklist.
- Review and approve deliverables (financials, systems, videos) in a timely manner.
- Surface concerns early so we can address them before they become blockers.
- Assign a consistent point of contact to streamline communication.

If Commitments Aren’t Met
We aim to avoid delays and added cost. If either party falls short:

We’ll escalate internally, reallocate resources, and update timelines to stay on track.
If You Fall Short
We may pause onboarding and charge a restart fee if rework or repeated follow-ups are needed in order to ensure our time drives maximum value.
