What's the difference between a technology partner and a referral partner?

Technology partners build a direct integration between their software and the books we run for our clients, then get listed in our partner directory as a default recommendation. Referral partners are usually service firms — tax, advisory, legal, banking — that send us clients for the work outside their scope and earn a fee for it. And vice versa. Some partners are both.

Is there a cost to becoming a partner?

No. There's no fee to join and no reseller minimum. We partner with software and firms we'd recommend anyway. The value is in the warm intros, the directory placement, and the co-marketing, not in a price of admission.

Do referral partners earn a commission?

Yes. When a client you refer signs with Hiline, you earn a referral fee. We'll walk through the specifics when we talk.

How long does the technology partner integration take?

It depends on your API and how deep the integration goes. Our team scopes it with you up front so there are no surprises, and we handle the listing and launch once it's built.

What kind of co-marketing do you do?
