Keara began her accounting career at Daily Harvest, where she helped build out the back office of a fast-growing startup. She later moved into corporate accounting at the largest online music retailer in the U.S., navigating the complexity of large-scale operations.

Keara joined Hiline with 10+ years background in customer service and a passion for business analytics. Though she didn't come to her role as Head of People Services through a traditional HR path, her experiences have uniquely positioned her to bring fresh, strategic thinking to people operations. She is a systems thinker who thrives in the messy middle where people, processes, and data meet, with a focus on operational strategy, process improvement, and client experience.

EDUCATION:

Western Governors University – Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Accounting

Currently completing MBA from Western Governors University, with plans to pursue a research doctorate in business analytics

FUN FACT:

Keara spent two years in South Korea before college, where she taught English, served in the local community, and became fluent in Korean. When she's not streamlining systems or designing better workflows, you can find her collecting coins, playing chess, or watching Star Trek.
